Did you miss our September NYSCP learning events?
This September we have run two lunchtime learning events looking at learning from recent safeguarding practice reviews and audits.
Part of the role of North Yorkshire Safeguarding Children Partnership is to carry out reviews of individual cases, undertake multi-agency audits, and provides briefings on specific safeguarding issues. It is important that this is captured and vital that it is then shared with professionals who work with children and young people to improve practice when it comes to keeping children safe, happy, healthy and achieving.
But the learning doesn’t end there; what is vitally important is that the learning is understood, reflected on and leads to practice change for children and families.
If you missed the events, don’t worry, we have the recordings available for you to watch. We’ve have also section each video into handy chapters, so you can pick out sections that you feel are most relevant for your practice. We covered learning at neglect, child exploitation, cumulative risk, fabricated and induced illness and so much more.
You can access all of the learning on this page NYSCP including our practitioner briefing documents and links to the recording chapters for each review.
