Talking to Children and Young People about Drugs – Drink Drug Hub
A recent research report by North Yorkshire Public Health, completed by the University of York, looked at the voices of young people: Experiences of drugs and alcohol. 30 young people aged 14 to 17 who were currently engaged with drug and alcohol services and 13 frontline drug and alcohol workers were interviewed and supported the research.
The research is incredibly insightful and impactful, reflecting the voices and experiences of young people across North Yorkshire and York. Quotes from young people and practitioners are cited alongside the findings throughout.
