Updated Multi-Agency Safeguarding Arrangements (MASA) – Aligning with Working Together 2026.

The NYSCP MASA has been updated to align with Working Together to Safeguard Children 2026, strengthening the focus on impact, accountability, and multi-agency working.
It reinforces safeguarding as a shared responsibility, with greater emphasis on inclusion, anti-discriminatory practice, and all children, including unborn and looked after.
The update supports partners to evidence the difference they make and embed learning to improve outcomes for children across North Yorkshire.
